Terms and Conditions
Section 1 - General
1. For Wedding Photography, a deposit of £100 is required when the booking is made. Due to the nature of Weddings, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. For Commercial and Portrait work, the full amount due will be paid on the day the service is made either by cheque or by cash.
2. In case of any kind of cancellation, ST Photography have the right to retain the initial deposit.
3. The remaining balance due for Wedding Photography will have to be paid in full one calendar month before your special day. This is detailed on the full receipt you get from us after booking. There are no refunds under any circumstances and that includes albums and storybooks as we have to buy in all materials before your wedding.
4. All goods remain the property of ST Photography until payment is made in full.
5. For Portrait and Commercial work, once payment has been received, please allow 2 to 3 days for delivery of your pictures.
6. ST Photography initially request / need your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties.
7. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
8. ST Photography reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
9. These terms and conditions don't affect consumer statutory rights.
10. Placing an order / booking with us indicates that these terms and conditions have been read and fully understood / accepted. They will also have been explained to you in person before you book us.
11. We cannot guarantee that there will always be two photographers for all of the time we are booked. This will have been explained to you at the time of booking and again one month before your day!
12. ST Photography reserve the right to use on our website or in other advertising of ours any of the photographs we have taken for promotional purposes.
13. The £125 Registry Office package is not applicable for the Priviledge Card discount and the £125 package only applies to weekday Weddings at Registry Offices in Northamptonshire.
14. The stated amount of photographs for Wedding Packages isn't guaranteed due to situations out of our control such as bad weather, guests not turning up, locations and venues with no place / open areas to take photographs. It is only an approximate figure based on previous experience and will vary in each Wedding.
Section 2 - Postage
1. We do not ship abroad, UK only for our online shop.
2. Postage is via Royal Mail Delivery or Parcel Force.
3. All items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
4. Once items have been dispatched, the seller accepts no responsibility for any damage caused during transit. However, all parcels are sent via Royal Mail and receipts are kept until the customer confirms delivery.
5. Upon dispatch of the products, an email will be sent to the customer or a phone call will be made to confirm this.
